Other than defending various seats the ODM party may have lost in poll petitions, Raila Odinga is keen to increase his representation by clinching two swing Jubilee territories.
Already, the party is waiting appeal launched by its members in Ugenya, Homa Bay, Wajir West and Embakasi East.
But on top, Raila says he will encroach Turkana Women Representative seat and Wajir gubernatorial position previously held by Jubilee politicians.
"We are going to ensure that our members who may have lost their seats win them back in by elections," he said when meeting ODM leaders on Tuesday.
He added: "We are going to encroach territories such as Turkana and Wajir to ensure our representation is increased."
Jubilee's Joyce Emanikor lost a petition launched by ODM's Pauline Lokuruka while Governor Mohammed Abdi of Wajir had his victory nullified after a successful petition by Ahmed Abdullahi.
The two contests alongside those of Embakasi East and Nandi Hills would ignite rivalry between Uhuru and Raila, who reconciled recently.
