This comes after Raila's controversial statement that he will not honour the memorandum signed three years ago with Wiper party leader, Kalonzo Musyoka.

On Tuesday, three politicians loyal to the Wiper party said that their party would soon convene to chart the way forward after the ODM leader trashed and betrayed Kalonzo.

Munyao, the legislator of Mbooni Constituency noted with dissatisfaction that Raila was proving to be insincere and unreliable owing to his recent utterances in a local television interview. The legislator said that the Kamba community feels betrayed by Cord and so they would consider their allegiance to the coalition.

Omar Hassan, the Wiper Party secretary general said that he still feels that the Cord coalition should endorse Kalonzo as the flag bearer in the 2017 presidential elections, a fact that Raila Odinga has since rubbished.

It is only last week that Ukambani politicians held a meeting at Statehouse with President Kenyatta and it is now speculated that Kalonzo's exit from Cord will finally land him in the Jubilee coalition but, it is just a matter of time before the truth unravels itself.
