Likuyani Member of Parliament Enock Kibunguchy has condemned the Orange Democratic Movement(ODM) senators for the removal of Bungoma senator Moses Wetangula as the leader of minority.

He said this is uncalled for and Ill intended.

"I want to condemn this move by strongest terms possible since it suspicious and meant to divide the National Super Alliance (NASA) and also to embarrass Wetangula. We will not allow our brothers to be ousted as the leader of majority in the Senate, we will fight until the end," said Kibunguchy in his Constituency, Monday.

“The push to dethrone Wetangula is maliciously driven by certain people within ODM and its wrong for the Senators to gang up against the innocent Ford Kenya party leader,” added the Likuyani legislator.

The MP said he read mischief in the whole process which he argued was as a result of Raila Odinga’s meeting with President Uhuru Kenyatta.

"I want to call upon the NASA leader Raila Odinga to save Wetangula from replacing him with James Orengo will mark the end of ODM being an affiliated party of the coalition," noted Kibunguchy.

However, he criticized Raila Odinga for entering an agreement with President Kenyata without the involvement of other NASA principals.
