Cord leader Raila Odinga has accused the ruling Jubilee coalition of failure fulfil promises made in 2012 but instead they are making more promises for 2017.
The Cord Chief Principal who was speaking during the first day of his Kakamega County tour challenged the government to show Kenyans it's development record since resuming power.
“It is time the Jubilee government told Kenyans their performance record. They (Jubilee) have forgotten the 2012 election promises and are now busy unveiling the 2017 promises,” Odinga said.
He further claimed that Jubilee leaders were busy meeting a State House every week to discuss the blue print at the expense of pioneering development.
“They (Jubilee government) have instead developed a new tactic of holding sectoral summit at State House every week to discuss blue print,” said the ODM leader.
Accompanying Odinga in his tour of Kakamega County are ODM deputy party leader and area governor Wycliffe Oparanya, his deputy Philip Kutima, ODM Chairman John Mbadi, MPs Andrew Toboso (Butere), Benjamin Andola (Khwisero) and Rachel Ameso (Kakamega woman representative).
