In April, Raila through his spokesperson Dennis Onyango, dismissed claims that he was plotting to try his fifth stab at presidency.

"Raila Odinga is interested in making the handshake work. He is not interested in 2022 polls,' read the statement.

But in recent weeks, party Secretary General Edwin Sifuna has threatened to take disciplinary actions against members who are reportedly supporting DP William Ruto.

And ahead of Tuesday's meeting that will bring together PG and NEC, a section of members have demanded to know the veteran leader's future.

"We demand that the party leader tells us if he will vie for president or not so that we can decide on what to do with regard to onslaught from other parties," a senior official said.

Since his reconciliation with President Uhuru Kenyatta, many ODM leader are unsure on their political moves thus the confusion.

In the Tuesday's meeting, Raila is also expected to expansively discuss Deputy President William Ruto's continued onslaught in ODM strongholds.
