NASA leader Raila Odinga has said that he might consider returning to the Supreme Court.

Odinga who is currently in England told Reuters that he is considering moving to the top court for clarification on whether the October 26 poll was legal.

"As far as we are concerned, that (original Supreme Court) ruling is still valid," he said during a visit to London.

"What we are demanding is that the electoral commission should respect the Supreme Court and carry out elections in accordance with the ruling."

His sentiments come amid Friday protests by his supporters calling for the resignation odf a number of IEBC officials amid other demands to the election body.

On Tuesdy, Odinga formally withfrew from the fresh presidential elections that were slated for October 26 after nullifucation of the August 8 exercise.
