Speaking in Nyamira on Thursday, Raila said that residents must prepare to protect their votes from being stolen.

“A research we have carried out shows that the opposition has more than eleven million voters in the country which can take us to State House,” he said.

Raila said that the opposition targets getting at least 3.5 million votes in Nyanza, 2.5 million in former Western province, three million in Kamba region and two million at the Coast.

“This time round I will not come back protesting that my votes have been stolen,” he said.

“I ask our supporters across the country to register in large numbers and defeat Jubilee Party in the National Assembly which enjoys the tyranny of numbers,” he added.
