Wiper party leader Kalonzo Musyoka has taken a swipe on ODM leader Raila Odinga for what he considers worst betrayal from his opposition co-principal.

The former vice-president made these remarks after presenting his nomination papers as Wiper's presidential candidate.

Musyoka's bone of contention is the controversial MoU that ODM and Wiper signed in the run up to 2013 general elections that among other things would have seen Raila support Kalonzo in 2017.

Kalonzo further claimed that NASA was crafted by ODM power brokers using ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi as decoy.

Wiper alleges that the new political outfit is meant to nullify the political covenant that Raila and Kalonzo signed.

The former vice president lamented that the duo of Musalia and Wetangula are in fact not interested in the NASA presidential ticket but are just surrogates of the ODM leader's presidential ambitions.

He likened the two to Najib Balala who in 2007 threw his weight behind Raila in ODM presidential nominations albeit traversing the whole country campaigning for the Orange party top ticket .

Kalonzo further confided in his Wiper inner-circle that the former PM has been sponsoring pollsters into giving him (Raila) higher ratings at his expense to shape the opinion of NASA supporters.

These sensational claims come at a time it is alleged that Kalonzo met President Uhuru Kenyatta in a secret meeting at the Coast.
