Opposition chief Raila Odinga has hinted at working with the Deputy President William Ruto for the presidency in the 2022 elections.
The Cord leader urged the Kalenjin community to support his bid for the country's top position in 2017 vowing to 'talk' with Ruto when 2022 comes.
"In 2017, the race is about Raila and Uhuru. Ruto's race will be in 2022 and I will talk with him when that time comes,"he said.
Raila was speaking in Bomet County on Sunday where he attended a fundraiser.
The move is seen as an attempt to amend the already lost love he had with Kalenjins who supported his 2007 presidential bid.
Raila headed to Bomet county after he left Nakuru where chaos rocked his meeting with his supporters. Jubilee supporters were accused of disrupting Raila's meeting.
