Opposition leader Raila Odinga is today Tuesday set to hold a rally at Kibra grounds.

The rally will run parallel to another political event where President Uhuru Kenyatta will be addressing the opening of the 12th Parliament.

Raila will be rallying his supporters ahead of the repeat elections slated for October 17.

It is expected to start at 2pm, the same time President Uhuru Kenyatta will start addressing Parliament.
