Cord leader Raila Odinga has responded to claims that he is being funded by ODM governors using public funds.
Speaking on Friday in Kakamega County, Odinga stated that he does not spend a dime whenever he conducts his rallies.
The opposition leader stated that his expenses are usually catered for by individuals and institutions that host him.
“I have been to Nigeria, London, Mexico and many other places to give lectures at universities and my hosts always cater for my bills,” he said.
The ODM chief further dismissed allegations by National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale that he was receiving monthly stipends from governors affiliated to his party.
