[Photo|ODM]Unconfirmed reports indicate that the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Keriako Tobiko, has directed that Raila Odinga be investigated, over his "major announcement" sentiments. The NASA leader has kept Kenyans flip-flopping, over what kind of announcement he will make, after he declared last Friday, during a rally, in Kisumu, that Kenyans should await a major announcement, on Wednesday, a day to the controversial fresh presidential election.ODM deputy director of communications, Seth Odongo, in an update, Tuesday, said Tobiko had ordered Odinga, who withdrew from the poll, be investigated over the said statement. However, DPP's Office, upon checking on its official social media accounts, had not made the directive, by the time of this publication.Odongo, also claimed, three Jubilee MPs Moses Kuria (Gatundu South), Kimani Ichungwa (Kikuyu) and Alice Wahome (Kandara) had moved to court to stop Raila from making "a major announcement". Odongo's claims are yet to be confirmed by stated persons, or their offices.
