"The establishment jammed the electronic results transmission system and stuffed ballot boxes with two million extra votes to give Uhuru Kenyatta a first-round win," he told the Star on Friday.

The former Prime Minister said he gave all IEBC data to independent forensic elections auditors in the UK, who ascertained that 2 millions votes were unaccounted for.

To double check, Odinga commissioned a second forensic audit of the results by a German firm, which confirmed the dubious two million votes.

"Jubilee rigged us in 2013 by tampering with electronic voting. They were determined to make it fail to revert to manual tallying. That is what we do not need for now," he said.

"We subjected the results to two independent firms and we can reveal that 2 million  imaginary people were used by Jubilee to rig elections. They only voted for President and not other positions which is practically impossible," he added.

Odinga was reacting to the recent decision by the National assembly to pass amendment to election laws, which would pave way for a possible use of manual voting and tallying, a system which opposition has resisted.
