Firebrand politician Miguna Miguna has hit out at Raila Odinga over his speech at the UK concerning Miguna's clash with the Kenyan government.
Raila said Miguna is to blame over the crisis surrounding his entry into the country. He asked him to cooperate and be cleared to return to Kenya.
Immediately after a video of the address emerged, Miguna sent out an audio castigating Raila.
He said the NASA leader is peddling lies and malicious falsehoods.
"To take to the podium and state that I refused to re-enter the country is so cruel, it's unspeakable," Miguna said.
He added:"It's like saying I was responsible for being abducted and detained. That I actually detained myself, I forced myself into exile."
Miguna got himself into trouble with the government after it emerged that he had acquired Canadian citizenship at a time when the Kenyan constitution did not allow dual citizenship.
The government said he must apply for a dual citizenship now that the constitution allows for it.
