Water and Irrigation Cabinet Secretary Eugene Wamalwa has claimed that the Opposition coalition NASA is bound to lose the forthcoming general elections.
Wamalwa stated that the NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga is no match to President Uhuru Kenyatta, describing the former Prime Minister as a serial loser.
“He was beaten in 2007 and 2013. It will be a miracle for him to unseat the Jubilee government, let him prepare for a major defeat,” he said.
Speaking on Wednesday in Bungoma, Wamalwa accused the Opposition leaders of ethicizing power and political.
He further claimed that NASA's disorganization could aid President Uhuru Kenyatta's reelection.
He called on the locals to reject NASA during the forthcoming polls, arguing that the outfit has no clear agenda for the country.
Wamalwa, alongside Bungoma governor Ken Lusaka, Budalang'i MP Ababu Namwamba and host of other local leaders are some of the Luhya leaders that are expected to deliver the Jubilee vote in Western Kenya region.
