Kitui South MP Rachel Kaki Nyamai has criticized NASA leader Raila Odinga claiming that the former Prime Minister (PM) is the ‘enemy’ of progress.

Nyamai claims that Odinga does not care for the interests of Kenyans and that his agenda is to cause political uncertainty for his own gain.

Speaking to supporters in Kitui Town on Tuesday, the Jubilee lawmaker said that the country is in a political mess because of Odinga’s alleged schemes.

She claimed that Raila is not interested in election but creating tension, anxiety and violence.

The Jubilee MP criticized NASA’s weekly anti-IEBC protests saying they are hurting the economy.

“Raila Odinga does not care for Kenyans and his main agenda is to plunge the country into political and economic crisis,” she said on Tuesday.

Nyamai claimed that investors are sacred of investing in the country as a result of the political uncertainty which she claimed has been created by NASA.

The MP who ditched Governor Charity Ngilu’s Narc party and joined Jubilee asked Kenyans not to be fooled by Odinga.

She appealed to Kenyans to endorse President Uhuru Kenyatta’s re-election in the October 26 repeat presidential election.

Nyamai said that Uhuru has the interest of Kenyans at heart and will push for equal development if re-elected.

Odinga has since withdrawn from the October 26 repeat poll. The NASA leader on Tuesday claimed that IEBC and Jubilee are not committed to credible repeat presidential election.

The former PM now wants the IEBC to cancel the October 6 repeat poll.

Odinga’s withdrawal has been rubbished by Jubilee politicians who say that they are ready to swear in President Uhuru Kenyatta.
