National Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale has rubbished NASA leader Raila Odinga's clarification that he did not fuel ethnic divisions in Kajiado during his recent visit to the County.
The former Prime Minister was accused by ruling party Jubilee of inciting the Maasai Community against communities that have settled in the region.
A position that Mr Odinga has vehemently opposed.
But speaking on Monday, the Garissa Township MP maintained that Mr Odinga made inflammatory remarks, adding that 'no amount of blood is worth Raila's thirst for power."
“We urge Kenyans to join and ensure we will still have our kin, neighbour, friends, communities and nation and that we are in no danger of losing any to Odinga’s monstrous philosophy,” he said.
“Raila’s utterances have nothing to do with resolving the so-called land question in the country that he purports to champion. He simply called on the Maasai community to exclude and evict ‘outsiders’ from Kajiado.” he added.
