Nyamai wants Kalonzo not to take part in any illegal swearing in warning him that he will be committing political suicide if he agrees to take an illegal oath.

Addressing the public in Mutomo on Thursday, the Jubilee MP claimed the former Vice President is under pressure to take an illegal oath.

Nyamai said Kalonzo has a right to refuse participating in any activity that contravenes the law.

"Kalonzo Musyoka must stand firm not to be swayed into taking part in an illegal activity that will spell doom for his political career," Nyamai said.

She said NASA leaders are misleading Kalonzo with the intentions of ruining his career.

"Kalonzo has a chance to revive himself and the only way he can do that is by rejecting any forceful attempts of being sworn in as the People's Deputy President," she said.

Nyamai said Kalonzo will ruin his 2022 Presidential bid if he accepts to be sworn in.

The Jubilee MP urged the Wiper leader to be wise and quit the Raila Odinga led coalition.

She said Raila has been using the Wiper leader to achieve his own agenda over the years.

Nyamai said Kalonzo has no relevance in NASA, adding that he will be dumped by Raila in 2022.

The former Vice President has been under criticism with claims that he is not committed on being sworn in as the People's Deputy President.

Kalonzo skipped Raila's swearing in on January 30 and has been sending mixed signals on whether he will take oath as the People's Deputy President.

A section of NASA politicians and supporters have been urging Raila to dump Kalonzo, Amani National Congress (ANC) leader Musalia Mudavadi and Bungoma senator Moses Wetangula over claims that they are not committed on NASA agenda.

Kalonzo, however, says he is committed to NASA's reforms agenda and ready to be sworn in.

He says consultations are in place to have him sworn in even as claims of cracks in NASA continue to emerge.
