Wiper Party Leader Stephen Kalonzo has said that the National Super Alliance (NASA) under the leadership of former prime minister Raila Odinga is the only political outfit that can change the lives of Kenyans ahead of the next general elections.
The former vice president, who spoke at Bukhungu Stadium in Kakamega, said that Raila is the right man to restore the lost glory of this nation if elected the next president of this nation when that time comes. The Ukambani political kingpin also revealed that the opposition is almost catching up with President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto’s side before the election date.
“The only hope for Kenya is NASA, we are already catching up with Jubilee according to the recent polls, let’s allow Raila Odinga to take is to Canaan,” said Kalonzo Musyoka, as quoted by Capital FM.
On his part, Raila called upon residents of this country to back him to ascend to power in August. “I am urging all supporters to come out in large numbers and vote so that we can take the Jubilee team home,” Odinga told the Jubilant crowd. Raila also said that he is confident that the NASA will beat Jubilee in August.
“We have looked at the numbers in all ways and would like to assure Kenyans that we will win. We need you to be vigilant and ensure that we take Jubilee home,” he said.
