Veteran Borabu politician Patrick Osero says ODM leader Raila Odinga is still he most popular leader in Western region.
For the second day in a row, Raila has been subjected to criticism from Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula, who hail from the populous region.
And in Borabu WhatsApp group on Saturday, Osero, who enjoys close ties with DP William Ruto, said Raila is the most trusted politician in the former Western Province.
'If in his wildest dreams Raila were to contest for governor in any of the Western Counties against Wetangula and Mudavadi, he will still beat them," he wrote.
The seasoned politician added: "Be it Vihiga, Bungoma, those galoots will actualise their political orbituaries. Raila doesn't need their ethnic baggage."
The two politicians have come out guns blazing, following Raila's decision to work with President Uhuru Kenyatta.
To make it difficult for them, Wetangula has also accused Raila of plotting for his ouster as Senate Minority Leader.
