NASA leader Raila Odinga is the President of Kenya while Kalonzo Musyoka is his deputy.
This is according to ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi.
Speaking at a strategic opposition meeting in Machakos on Saturday, Musalia and a host of other opposition leaders said NASA MPs should boycott the vetting of cabinet ministers to serve in Jubilee's second term.
"We recognise Raila as the legitimate president of Kenya and as sovereign people we will see to it that they assume office," Mudavadi said.
He added that the opposition will do everything it takes to uphold democracy in the country with respect to the constitution.
"We know that on August 8, Kenyans voted for Raila who emerged winner. Raila and Kalonzo won that election. What we have done will always be in the framework of the constitution."
