The today's meeting between President Uhuru Kenyatta and NASA leader Raila Odinga continue to receive mixed reactions from leaders and citizens across the country.
Makueni nominated MCA Linnet Mbula has expressed her dissatisfaction about the meeting.
The Wiper MCA on her Facebook page, bitterly condemned Raila for meeting the president.
Mbula said it is despicable that when Kalonzo refused to take oath leaders from the NASA coalition castigated him calling him all sorts of names but when Raila meets the president behind other principals' backs everyone praises his move.
“Watermelon, betrayer, coward were the new names for Kalonzo when he missed the oathing ceremony but with Raila meeting with Uhuru and agreeing to work together which is the worst betrayal, everyone is ululating," Mbula said.
She noted that respect in the NASA coalition isn't guaranteed to the ‘other' parties since NASA is an ODM affair.
“If Kalonzo is a watermelon, then Raila is the seed, the real Jubilee mole, a political businessman indeed", Mbula posted on her Facebook page.
Nonetheless, Kangundo MP Fabian Muli applauded Raila Odinga and Uhuru Kenyatta for burying the hatchet arguing the move was for the greater good of the country.
