“Jubilee leaders have begun ferrying maize flour in lorries to campaign rallies. They have sensed defeat and now they are dishing out goodies looking for votes. This must stop because it’s bribery,” Raila said.
Turkana County has 191,435 registered voters according to the latest IEBC figures.
Raila envisages at scooping majority of the votes in the arid county inhabited by the Turkana community who are cattle herders.

Raila said under his administration Turkana County will receive more money from oil sale.
He said Uhuru is not committed to allocating more oil money to the county that borders South Sudan.
“Turkana is not poor. My leadership will ensure water is drilled and supplied to homesteads,” he said.
