National Super Alliance (Nasa) presidential candidate Raila Odinga has made public a list of people he claims are police, NIS, Army and GSU officers allegedly being used by the Jubilee Party to rig the upcoming August 8 polls.
In a press briefing on Thursday morning, Mr Odinga said he received the information from reliable sources within the named institutions.
“The decision was made at a meeting held on 23rd June where the officers work IDs were withdrawn and given the normal IDs,” he said.
The opposition leader said some of the officers had contacted them on the secret plan.
“I’m not just making wild allegations...some of the officers have talked to us…we have evidence and will provide it.”
