Wiper Party Deputy Leader Farah Maalim has defended National Super Alliance (NASA’s) line up saying it is the best bet to send  President Uhuru Kenyatta's Jubilee government packing.

Maalim says that the Raila-Kalonzo will clinch the presidency in the August 8 general election.

In an interview on NTV on Sunday, Maalim said that NASA technical committee deliberated well before endorsing the Raila-Kalonzo line up.

Maalim urged NASA supporters to rally behind the team in the August 8 polls. He said that NASA has numbers to send Jubilee government packing.

The Garissa parliamentary seat aspirant  asked UhuRuto to prepare for a bruising battle in the August 8 polls.

“Jubilee should brace up for a political warfare in August polls because they will not survive NASA’s onslaught,” he said during the interview.

NASA unveiled Raila Odinga as the presidential flag bearer and Kalonzo Musyoka as deputy.

The NASA line up has been disputed by a section of Ukambani leaders who now claim that they were short-changed in the Alliance agreement.

On Friday, Kitui West MP Francis Nyenze claimed  that the Kamba community got a raw deal in the NASA agreement.

Nyenze’s claims have however been rubbished by Kalonzo Musyoka who wants the Kamba community to fully back the NASA line up.
