[Photo|Nasa coalition]The High Court will on October 24, deliver a ruling, in a case, in which NASA leader Raila Odinga, and his Deputy Kalonzo Musyoka, have been sued, to be compelled to take part in the fresh presidential election.This is after the two, failed to defend themselves, before Justice Chacha Mwita, despite being given four days which elapsed Sunday, to respond to the case by Pokot South MP, David Pkosing.The Jubilee Party lawmaker, through lawyer Kibe Mungai, argued that Raila, who withdrew from the October 26 polls, should comply with the Supreme Court's decision, and participate in the election to avoid a constitutional crisis that could plunge the country into uncertainty.Raila and Kalonzo, did not show up in court, nor sent a lawyer, Monday.
