[Photo|Courtesy]Parliament has finally elected members to the East African Legislative Assembly (EALA).This followed a day long voting in both the Senate and the National Assembly on Thursday.Those elected are from Jubilee Party include:1. Simon Mbugua (286votes)2. Flowrence Jematiah (252)3. Mpuri Aburi (208)4. Aden Noor (192) 5. Wanjiku Muihia (180)Those elected from the NASA coalition include:1. Kennedy Musyoka (309)2. Oburu Odinga (243)3. Abdikadir Aden (235) 4. Fatuma Ibrahim (142)The new members will be sworn in on Monday in Arusha to set off the Assembly that has been in a limbo since June this year. Kenya was the only country being awaited to send their nominees to enable it to take off.
