Former Funyula legislator has claimed that the opposition leader, Raila Odinga, lacks development record in Western Kenya and the country at large.
Speaking in Busia town on Friday, former ODM legislator Paul Otuoma indicated that he had supported Raila since 1992 and the former Premier has no development agenda for Kenyans.
He added that William Ruto dumped the opposition years back and is now the Deputy President.
"We have said enough is enough and this is why we want to support Jubilee, the winning team,” said Dr Otuoma.
He assured Uhuru Kenyatta support from people of Busia and will help in spearheading his re-election during the repeat of polls on October 26th.
“We want to be part of the next Government and not being out in Uhuru's transformative agenda”, said Otuoma. The Jubilee chain of rallies in Busia County was graced by President Uhuru, DP Ruto, Chris Okemo, Fred Gumo and Cabinet Secretary for Water and Irrigation, Eugene Wamalwa.
Otuoma had openly made it clear last week that he would support Uhuru’s re-election bid in the repeat poll.
He stated that Raila had taken sides during recent Busia gubernatorial contest which the incumbent retained his seat.
He alleged that Raila calls himself a national leader but behind the closed doors, he divides the same people who supports him at the same time. Otuoma lost to Sospeter Ojaamong in August 8th General Election.
