Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga has slammed Deputy President William Ruto over his 2022 presidential ambitions.
The ODM party leader asked Ruto to stop "loitering around" campaigning for 2022.
"You are not sure if you'll be elected," Raila said in reference to Ruto, during an Eid Baraza hosted by Governor Ali Hassan Joho, at Treasury Square.
Ruto was in Mombasa, Kwale and Kilifi counties recently where he was received by several ODM leaders who pledged to support Ruto come 2022.
The leaders included Malindi MP Aisha Jumwa, Jomvu MP Badi Twalib, Kisauni MP Ali Menza among others.
Raila also slammed Ruto saying he should not call for a lifestyle audit following President Uhuru Kenyatta's order while commissioning Dongo Kundu bypass at Bonje area near Mazeras.
"You are dishing out cash. We know your salary. Don't ask for a lifestyle audit. We know the thieves."
