Opposition leader Raila Odinga and his National Super Alliance co-principal Moses Wetangula have said that NASA parties have done well in their nomination exercise compared to Jubilee.
Jubilee Party elections were marred by chaos on Friday, forcing the President Uhuru Kenyatta led party to nullify the process.
Tha party announced it will now hold the nominations from Monday, April 24 to Wednesday, April 26, 2017.
“They had branded our primaries a fiasco but theirs is something beyond description such as the fart of a donkey,” Raila said in Meru on Saturday.
The ODM leader said that the shambolic Jubilee nominations would teach them a lesson.
“After Raphael Tuju’s bravado on the eve of the primaries, everyone was shocked how it turned out on Friday,” he said.
Uhuru had apologised to party members over the botched primaries.
“I want to say sorry. We will rectify it to ensure residents exercise their freedom to elect leaders in a free and fair nomination,” he said in Meru.
