Cord leader Raila Odinga and his Amani National Congress counterpart Musalia Mudavadi (who has been lobbying for Nasa), disclosed that talks were at an advanced stage to ensure Nasa takes effect soon.

The two Opposition leaders said the Alliance would bring the biggest win for the Opposition, since it will likely send the incumbent Jubilee administration home, as early as possible on the voting day.

"I am sure if we come together and form Nasa, Jubilee will have no otherwise but to go home. If we part ways like how we have been, we'll be giving Jubilee room to rule us again. We don't want Jubilee anymore because they have failed us. Corruption has become their daily thing,'' Mudavadi said, while addressing residents in Laikipia North Constituency, Tuesday.

Odinga noted Kalonzo Musyoka’s Wiper party and Moses Wetang’ula's Ford Kenya are also on the road to ensure Opposition’s victory is achieved in the August 8, 2017 general election.

The two were speaking at Storms Resort Lodge in Laikipia North.
