Odinga said Jubilee has deployed the NIS to feed media with information exaggerating discord in Opposition ranks.
Odinga said it is a criminal activity for NIS, which is a public body funded by tax payers, to engage in partisan politics.“We know NIS is actively involved in campaigning against the Opposition,” said Odinga.
He said NIS is busy profiling Opposition leaders and telling the business community how a NASA regime would be bad for them.
“We are aware of all that.A number of us in NASA have been in politics and public life long enough to notice when the so-called unease is being pushed and exaggerated by the government using intelligence agencies, and that is what is going on,” said Odinga.
“Each one of us is deploying what he thinks would best put him ahead of the competition. I would not term that as unease worth worrying about,” he added
