Opposition leader Raila Odinga has once again claimed that the Jubilee Party and electoral body IEBC are planning to rig the fresh presidential poll.

While addressing the press at Panari Hotel in Nairobi on Sunday, Raila said the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) cannot hold a credible election as currently constituted.

The National Super Alliance leader said Jubilee and the IEBC were "partners in crime".

“The murder of Chris Msando, who was IEBC’s ICT director is a cold hearted crime that goes very high up. IEBC and Jubilee are partners in this murder,” Raila said.

The mutilated body of Msando was found in a thicket in Kiambu County on July 28, after he was reported missing.
