Cord leader Raila Amolo Odinga has said that leaders of the National Super Alliance(NASA) are well-prepared to liberate this nation from the poor leadership of President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto during the forth coming general polls.

Speaking in Kisii town during a tour to popularize the alliance ahead of  August 8, Raila said that Jubilee’s days in power are numbered.

“We are ready to offload the baggage that is causing anguish and pain among Kenyans. We are ready for the political duel on August 8," he said.

"The country is ready for the third and final liberation,” he said, as quoted by Star.

The former Prime Minister also dispelled rumors that Wiper Leader Stephen Kalonzo Musyoka has intentions to bolt out of the alliance.

“Ignore rumours that Kalonzo has quit NASA. I have spoken to him and he has assured me that he is in NASA to stay,” he said.

The remarks of the opposition come at a time when leaders from Ukambani are pushing for Kalonzo to be named NASA flag bearer in the forthcoming polls.

The leaders have threatened to bolt out of NASA if anyone else is named to contest for Presidency when that time comes.
