[Photo|Governor Nyong'o CU]Opposition leader Raila Odinga's spokesperson Dennis Onyango has defended Kisumu Governor Prof Anyang Nyong'o's administration following attacks on alleged water shortage in the lakeside city.The social media attacks followed a feature aired by a local TV station over water shortage in Nyamsiri Village, Seme.While responding to a social media post, Onyango who is also the head of Raila Odinga Secretariat, said: "That Anyang Nyongo is working in Kisumu cannot be denied. The obsession with him is puzzling because Kisumu is the only Luo county trying to do something. There is water problem even in Nairobi leave alone all Luo counties. Trying to compare Kisumu county of the last three months with that of the last five years is a cruel joke."
