Borabu MP Ben Momanyi has yet again drawn Raila Odinga to the controversy surrounding nominations to powerful PSC, claiming that the latter is 'playing dirty politics'.
At Nyamira on Monday, hundreds of Momanyi's backers accused Raila of belittling the region by pushing for his removal from nomination list.
"Raila will remain banned from Nyamira if he can't allow the will of people to prevail," said John Kebasa, a local political activist.
Already, NASA has forwarded Mutula Kilonzo, Gladys Wanga and Aisha Jumwa for consideration, a move that might spark another controversy.
In an interview with the reporter, Momanyi accused Raila of playing dirty politics adding that he won't let the matter go.
"Mzee (Raila) as much as we respect him, he is playing dirty politics and busy trying to appear clean. He must stop bullying Wiper," he said.
But yet again, the decision by Wiper to write to Speaker Justin Muturi on Momanyi's nomination would yet again cause confusion within NASA given Kilonzo has been considered for the same.
