On Thursday night NASA coalition presidential candidate Raila Odinga did an exclusive interview on Citizen TV where he highlighted key promises that he seeks to deliver once elected Head of State.
Kenyans are currently lamenting over the high prices on essential commodity such as maize flour and sugar while others complain that the cost of rental houses has also sky rocketed to unfordable heights for the common citizen, Odinga promised to bring down the cost of living in 90 days after he assumes office.
From his interview here are at least 7 key promises the former Premier promised the common mwanainchi.
1. NASA will convict all who are involved in corruption, there is evidence on those involved in NYS and Euro Bond scams but they have not been convicted.
2. I am confident that we will stop the rigging and we will only accept the results if there is no rigging.
3. Rosemary Odinga is now doing better, she is out of hospital and now stays in an apartment in South Africa.
4. I will support ODM candidates and no love lost for those who decide to vie as independent candidates.
5. NASA coaalition represents the face of Kenya and we are sure of scooping 10 million votes.
6. EACC is a joke, and is corrupt, when NASA takes power we will completly overhaul it.
7. Jubilee is over quoting the price of constructing roads, in 2003 as Minister of roads constructing a road was Sh50 million I reduced it to Sh25 million but Jubilee are telling as it is now Sh200 million, I plan to take it back to a lower price.
