ODM Party leader Raila Odinga has cautioned politicians who hire and ferry hooligans to disrupt Party activities, warning that such politicians will be disqualified from participating in the party's events.

“Hiring of hooligans to nomination centres to intimidate candidates will be completely disallowed,” he said. 

“I want to assure you today: Any candidate that uses violence to intimidate persons with disability will be immediately disqualified,” he cautioned. 

Speaking on Tuesday at Orange House where he addressed People Living With Disabilities (PLWD), the former Prime Minister further challenged the group to engage actively in politics, encouraging them to run for political offices.
