[Photo|Raila Odinga]NASA leader Raila Odinga, held a parliamentary group meeting Thursday afternoon, at the Wiper Democratic Movement party offices in Lavington.During the meeting, he criticised President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto's Jubilee government leadership, saying its taking back Kenya to dictatorship.Below are the major points the ODM party leader said, ahead fresh presidential election on October 26."1. The country is under attack by Jubilee dictatorship.2. The electoral system is being changed to a position worse than the pre-1997 IPPG deal.3. Independent Commissions are under attack with the powers of the chairman of IEBC being taken away through the back door.4. Dictatorship and autocracy are sweeping back with Emergency-type directives including the removal of security of NASA principals and removal of freedom of movement and travel of NASA leaders.5. Supreme Court decision on conduct of elections being reversed with the removal of provisions on use of technology.6. NASA has no option but to take the battle to the people who are sovereign.7. This generation of Kenyans must rise and fight for the hard earned freedoms.8. This generation must not despair or give up.9. I call upon this generation to resist. Arise and Resist.10. Demonstrations begin countrywide on Monday and will be repeated on Fridays.11. Kenyans must rise up and resist and tell Uhuru and Ruto that this country does not belong to them."
