Opposition leader Raila Odinga on Wednesday received a prized gift from India's Lord Balaji Temple Tirupati.

Raila was presented with an orange prayer cloth by the Indian donors at his Nairobi office. The silk cloth represented the colour of his political party - the Orange Democratic Movement (ODM).

Odinga was also wished victory through prayer by the donors in the upcoming contest for Kenya's top job.

The Former Prime Minister has vied for the Presidential seat three times, all of which he has lost. However, this time around he is more aggressive than ever and maybe the prayer cloth could work magic.
