National Super Alliance (Nasa) presidential candidate Raila Odinga has received a major boost in his campaign fundraiser.Raila alongside his running mate Kalonzo on Friday appealed to the general public for financial assistance towards their campaigns ahead of the October 17 fresh presidential election. The two Nasa top leaders released a Pay Bill number where people can channel their funds saying one can contribute from as low as Sh10. Raila noted that by contributing, one will be buying themselves a ticket to Canaan.According to the Star, by Sunday afternoon at least 156 Nasa supporters, mostly in the United States, had raised $18,060 (Sh1,858,374) against the Sh5 million target.It is not yet clear how much has been raised so far through the Pay bill number.
