NASA leader Raila Odinga has slammed calls by Washington DC to have him recognise President Uhuru Kenyatta as duly elected president for national dialogue to commence.

Among other things the US demands from opposition is respect of the constitution, approving Uhuru's leadership and dropping conditions in respect to dialogue.

"They have no moral authority to tell us who is our president or Prime Minister. They should just keep off our internal issues," said Odinga.

A fortnight ago, Odinga took oath as people's president, a move that has been widely criticised by the West as disrespect to the constitutionalism.

But dspite calls for dialogue, NASA insists, US ambassador Robert Godec and his UK counterpart Nic Hailey must bolt out of dialogue calls for it to happen.

"We shall not be party to dialogue fronted by Godec and Hailey. They have an amoeba they call dialogue which is laced with imperialism and extreme capitalism.

"They are the worst exports to Kenya and stand for nothing. Rogue ambassodors," tweeted Norman Magaya.

The Sunday Nation revealed that both Uhuru and Raila almost met in Decmber but only for the latter to call off the meeting due to some 'pressing issues'.
