The Gatundu South MP accused Raila of using the peace caravan to criticize and condemn the Jubilee government.

Kuria said that they had agreed not to politic about matters that are before court and to engage in joint peace caravan agreements he claimed Raila had breached.

Kuria was among other Cord and Jubilee leaders who were detained for four days in police custody over hate speech  and hosted to a luncheon by Raila two weeks ago.
