Jubilee Party has been accused of derailing NASA projects by allegedly rigging the August 8 polls.

According to NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga,  the alliance was ready to implement some of the projects immediately.

Speaking in Narok on Saturday, Raila said Nasa had planned to hit the ground running and embark on implementing pledges it had made to Kenyans before the August 8 polls, only for its victory to be stolen.

He noted that free secondary school education projects would have been the first to be implemented.

“We had promised to have free education effective from September 1, but the Jubilee government disrupted this. We are however happy that God intervened through Justice [David] Maraga to give us another opportunity,” said Mr OdingaDuring the rally, Raila thanked the residents for voting for him in the polls.

He further claimed that he led the presidential vote only that the actual results were not reflected by Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission.

He was accompanied by other NASA leaders during the rally.

Raila is set to face off Jubilee's Uhuru Kenyatta in the polls scheduled for October 27 after the Supreme Court nullified the first election held on August 8.
