[Photo| Nasa coalition]National Super Alliance (Nasa) has leader Raila Odinga has indicated that the coalition did its best to ensure that its votes are secured in the August 8 general election.He said they hired services of qualified university students, who were located at Nasa tallying centre, doing everything needed to ensure Nasa knows every vote cast in each of the polling stations."We know the number of votes cast in each of the polling stations. We know the total number of votes cast here in Mathare," Raila said during a rally at Masinde Muliro Grounds."We had university students who monitored everything that was going on in each of the polling station. We had a lot of votes and we won," added Raila, Sunday.Nasa earlier, released the August 8 presidential election tally, done at its tallying centre.The tally showed that Odinga led with 8,599,582 (56.6%) votes, against his closest challenger Uhuru Kenyatta's 6,442708 (42.4%) votes, in the disputed poll.The election saw Uhuru declared winner, but Raila successfully contested the results in the Supreme Court, where judges ordered for fresh presidential election, in 60 days, Friday.Nasa technical advisor Economist David Ndii released the county analysis of the tally, showing how each of the two rivals, allegedly performed, per county.
