[Photo|Raila Odinga]NASA leader Raila Odinga has said Kenya's political standoff will end once stakeholders are aware of issues at hand.Raila made the statement when he met a delegation from the International Republican Institute (IRI) led by President Daniel Twining and Delaware Senator Chris Coons in United States. "The political standoff will be well on course to resolution once all stakeholders are well informed of its underlying issues," he said on Friday.They held a candid and productive discussion that centered on the Kenyan political situation with particular emphasis on threats to democracy, constitutionalism and the rule of law. "The role credible elections play towards the stability of any nation’s democracy was discussed at length. Our coalition maintains that justice must be done for our people through the conduction of free and fair elections as ordered by the Supreme Court," he added.
