NASA leader Raila Odinga has claimed that forms 34A and 34B used in the August 2017 election were not printed by Dubai-based Printing Firm Alghurair, as required by the law.
The firm was contracted to print the ballot papers.
Speaking during a press conference on Tuesday, Odinga said that the forms were printed along Mombasa Road, Nairobi.
"We know that the original forms were printed here in Nairobi at a printing firm along Mombasa Road," Odinga stated.
"The original forms were telling a different story. One person was a presiding officer in five polling station," he added.
According to Raila, the forms lacked the security features that had been included in the contract between IEBC and Alghurair.
Odinga who is set to take campaigns to Kisii said that the bar codes on the forms showed a retail shop or a supermarket somewhere instead of showing the name of a constituency or polling station.
Under the Election Regulations, Form 34A is the first form used to tabulate results of the presidential election.
Odinga further stated he might boycott the October 17 polls over lack of consultation by IEBC.
