ODM party leader on Friday claimed that Jubilee administration is behind the low number of voter registration in perceived Cord strongholds.The former Premier was speaking at his Karen home when he hosted members of the press on Friday morning.Raila alleged that the Jubilee administration has been intimidating local administrators in the rural areas using government machinery."Jubilee administration has been using government machinery to intimidate chiefs in opposition strongholds and even threatening some with job expulsion," said Raila.However, the opposition chief expressed hope that the figures will change as they continue to enlight Kenyans across the country during their mobilisation campaigns."The figures will change as awareness sets in," said Odinga.
