Jubilee Party is planning to rig October 26 repeat presidential election, NASA leader Raila Odinga has said.Speaking at Okoa Kenya offices in Lavington, Nairobi, Raila claimed the ruling coalition is defending the electoral commission top managers from being removed from office so they can help them (UhuRuto) manipulate the polls."The reason President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy are defending the IEBC is because they know that as constituted, it is the only team that can steal votes for them," Raila said on Tuesday. The former Prime Minister reiterated that NASA supporters will continue holding demonstrations until electoral agency officials who allegedly bungled August 8 poll resign. The Opposition is demanding IEBC secretariat CEO Ezra Chiloba and other 11 officials step down for helping Jubilee 'steal' last month election. They have also listed 'irreducible minimums' which must be met, failure to which NASA would boycott and stop the fresh election."As long as IEBC, OT-Morpho, Safaricom Ltd and All Ghurair are in charge of the election, nothing will change. Our demands must first be met for the fresh election to take place," he remarked.

Jubilee politicians have continuously warned NASA against interfering with the work of IEBC ahead of repeat polls.
