Nasa knocked doors in Bomet, which is an area dominated by the Kenyans of the Kipsigis community, early today (Saturday), with aim to ensure Jubilee gets no votes in the county, in the August 8 polls.

The brigade is also campaigning for Ruto, who seeks to retain his seat, as he faces stiff competition from Jubilee candidate, Sotik MP Joyce Laboso. She has pledged tough political fight against the Nasa co-principal.

The tour comes a day after Nasa toured Migori County in the Luo Nyanza region, to bolster the county campaigns, and two weeks after Jubilee Party, led by President Uhuru Kenyatta and William Ruto toured the county.

In today's rally at the Bomet Green Stadium, Kipsigis Clans Association chairman Joseph Kimeto will lead elders to install governor Ruto and Odinga, as Kipsigis elders.
